SYSTEM X / AVIATION
A defined product, not a blanket promise

Phantom 2K Aviation.
A 10-year package with conditions.

We use System X Phantom 2K Aviation for suitable aircraft coating scopes. The manufacturer lists a 10-year aviation package; its aircraft warranty is not automatic and depends on approved aircraft-installer status, aircraft eligibility, registration, annual inspection/service and the full published terms.

We review eligibility during assessment, explain which manufacturer requirements apply and plan appropriate aftercare. A ten-year service life or warranty is never assumed for every aircraft.

Finish first

Protection starts with the surface beneath it.

Florida sun, contamination and routine handling can leave an aircraft's finish harder to maintain. A suitable coating may help eligible painted surfaces retain gloss and simplify washdowns, but it cannot correct existing damage beneath it.

We start with the actual finish and a realistic plan for cleaning, approved refinement and aftercare. There is no one-size-fits-all aviation coating application.

What compatible protection may offer

A considered finish, not a blanket promise.

Results depend on surface preparation, the selected coating and how the aircraft is used and cared for.

Refined appearance

Thoughtful preparation can support a clearer, more reflective finish on eligible painted surfaces.

Water behavior

Compatible coatings can help water and some contamination release during routine cleaning.

Simpler aftercare

A maintained coating may make appropriate appearance care less labor-intensive, not eliminate it.

Aircraft-specific boundaries

Not every surface should receive the same product.

We only consider coating surfaces compatible with the aircraft's finish guidance and the selected System X product documentation. Sensitive areas, windows, de-icing equipment, sensors, ports, controls and other unsuitable materials are excluded unless their specific instructions expressly permit treatment.

We confirm facility permission, safe access and newly refinished paint considerations before quoting. A manufacturer-listed 10-year package is not a universal service-life promise or a guarantee from Mighty Munch.

A focused coating plan

Four decisions. One aircraft at a time.

  1. 01

    Review the aircraft

We discuss the make, model, existing finish, requested surfaces and where the work may be performed.

  2. 02

    Confirm compatibility

Aircraft guidance, System X product documentation, finish condition and facility requirements define the eligible scope.

  3. 03

    Prepare the surface

Approved painted areas are cleaned and, where suitable, refined before the selected coating is considered.

  4. 04

    Protect & maintain

Application follows the chosen product's instructions. We explain cleaning, inspections and any warranty-maintenance requirements.

Cleaning, polishing and coating are quoted only for surfaces and access confirmed appropriate for the aircraft.

Before we begin

Aircraft coating questions.

We can discuss the System X option after reviewing the finish and the aircraft.

Is the System X aircraft coating a 10-year package?

System X lists Phantom 2K Aviation as a 10-year aviation package. Its aircraft warranty has eligibility, approved-installer, registration and annual-service requirements; we confirm what applies to your aircraft before making any warranty representation.

Can any aircraft or surface be ceramic coated?

No. Suitability depends on the aircraft, its finish, product instructions, approved work area and access. Sensitive components are excluded unless specific guidance permits treatment.

Will a coating replace aircraft washing or inspections?

No. A coating can make compatible painted surfaces easier to clean, but it does not replace routine washing, required aircraft inspections or material-specific care.
